A common question.
-
Question: What is included in your proposal?
Answer: Our proposals follow the industry-standards for grant writing and may include a:
Letter of Intent
Cover Letter
Title Page
Abstract
Table of Contents
Executive Summary - an overview of the project seeking funding
Introduction – a brief description of your organization
Needs Assessment – defines the need the project fulfills
Goals and Objectives – the main goals and objectives of your project
Program Design and Methodology – a plan for achieving the goals of your project
Budget Proposal – a list of the financial needs to accomplish the project
Staff Qualifications – a review of how your specific staff can help achieve discussed goals
Attachments and References – additional relevant documents and citation of resources used
List of Potential Funding Organizations – a optional section to aid those seeking first-time funding
While the above sections are commonly included in grant proposals, we typically will tailor our writing specifically to the guidelines of the organization you are seeking funding from. Strict adherence to funding-organization formats, rather than our own formats, serves to increase the readability of the proposal for decision-makers and results in higher rates of funding.
How it works.
- You place an order request detailing the basic specifications for your project, contact information and, optionally, payment information. No charges are placed at this time.
- We select a grant writer with expertise in your specific proposal area who will personally contact you via phone or email as requested to understand every aspect of your grant request. If you choose to be contacted via phone, after this call we will email you our writer's notes from your conversation, so you can add comments or additional specifications if needed.
- After you give us the go-ahead, your payment is processed and the grant is then completed and delivered by the due date requested.
